Mykonos Mediterranean Restaurant offers authentic old-fashioned Greek cuisine using recipes passed down from our Yia Yia (grandmother) and ancestors—traditional dishes from the small village our family comes from, lovingly prepared the same way today. Mykonos Mediterranean Restaurant on the Berlin Turnpike has been part of the local community since 2017, offering a menu inspired by traditional, authentic Greek cooking. With more than four decades of family experience in the kitchen, the restaurant prepares each meal using time-honored recipes and quality ingredients.

Guests can choose from mezedes such as spanakopita, saganaki, and grilled octopus, as well as pita wraps filled with gyro, souvlaki, or falafel. The menu also features grilled specialties, fresh salads, and classic sides that reflect the Mediterranean approach to food.

Alongside classic Greek food like moussaka, pastitsio, and chicken Mykonos, the menu also includes Italian dishes such as chicken piccata, shrimp scampi, and eggplant parmigiano. Whether stopping by for lunch or dinner, visitors appreciate generous portions, attentive service, and a setting that feels both relaxed and inviting.

In addition to its Newington location, the same family also welcomes guests to Mykonos Express in Plainville, a casual spot that brings the same authentic Mediterranean flavors and family recipes to a faster, more on-the-go dining experience. Together, the two restaurants continue to bring a taste of the Mediterranean through tradition, consistency, and genuine care in every detail.
